About our "Team Motivator"

As the "Team Motivator," she takes her role on the Blum Real Estate Team very seriously. She uses her highly energetic personality to inject youthful enthusiasm into her Opa, Oma, her Mom and her Dad.

She works as a intern, trading her unbelievably wise advice in exchange for access to the experience and knowledge of the rest of the Team.

More About the Real Boss of the Team:

As a motivator (and a very youthful one at that), she promotes the importance of a work-life balance. She understands that her family works very hard on behalf of their clients, but is quick to remind them to "make sure I have play time." In this respect, her contribution to the team is too enormous be measured, but clearly it is working very well, as you can see in their smiles and fun on the Team's Photo page.
