Carolyn Blum

Carolyn joined the family business as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 1988.

Since then, she has established a reputation as one of the area's top producers and most trusted agents. She has served as an Elected President, Vice President & Director of the Burnaby, New Westminster & Tri-Cities Division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

Carolyn is a member of RE/MAX Platinum Club, RE/MAX 100% Club and 2006 Real Estate Board Medallion Club (top 10% of the industry) and in 2007 Carolyn was honoured to accept the Real Estate Board Medallion Club "Team Presidents Club" Medallion award (top 1% of the industry) on behalf of Blum Real Estate Team. She is also the Past President of the South Burnaby Parent Participation PreSchool. 

Carolyn has focused her efforts on the Burnaby, New Westminster & Greater Vancouver Real Estate Markets, and is very knowledgeable in real estate investments in each of those areas.

More About Carolyn:

Like her father, Carolyn speaks fluent German. In case you hadn't already guessed, she is daughter to Heiner and Gerhilde, mother to "Team Motivator", Mackenzie, and is married to Tim Unsworth, who is a Listing Coordinator for the Blum team, making for three generations of Blums in the real estate business. 

In their spare time, Carolyn, Tim and Mackenzie like to travel, snow ski, water ski, go on boating trips, scuba dive and play a variety of other sports. Yes, they are an active bunch! That's why they say they are the most energetic and enthusiastic family real estate team in the Lower Mainland.
