Tim

Tim helps the Blum Real Estate Team as a Listing Coordinator. You may encounter Tim in your dealings with the Blum Team, because he plays a very active role in the level of customer service the Team is famous for.

He installs and maintains "For Sale" and "Sold" signs, attends to pick-up and delivery of documents and assists with minor listing repairs & maintenance. Tim is husband to Carolyn, and father to "Team Motivator".

His duties with the Blum team are as a volunteer support system, as he has been a Government employee with Liquor Distribution Branch for over 20 years. Tim, Carolyn and "The Team Motivator" enjoy a very active lifestyle, playing several sports, travelling and spending time on their boat.
