I just finished uploading this House for sale, 1267 Windermere Street, Vancouver, BC
DESIGNED BY AWARD WINNING ARCHITECT IMU CHAN. For Windermere Residence, we are interested in a classic black and white aesthetics on the exterior (like tuxedo), but revealing subtle sensibility on the interior through the use of different shades of grey. The windows are framed with birch wood to soften the lights, giving the modern, clean-line interiors some warmth. As for the basement, our design priority is to make sure it is filled with natural lights, reinforced by the use of light-hearted colours such as pastel blue and yellow. We pay particular attention to bathroom and kitchen design so that each has a different ambience and theme, by means of tiling and the choice of high-end fixtures.
