The Vancouver Opera festival starts tomorrow Friday April 28th. There are three new opera productions: Otello, Dead Man Walking and The Marriage of Figaro. There are also many other events during the festival.

The Vancouver International Home Show starts today, and runs until Sunday 30th April. It is located at the PNE grounds, and has plenty of exhibits and stages. Admission is free to children under 12.
