B.C. Home Owners will begin receiving their 2016 Property Assessment Notice in the mail today.
The notice will include the previous 4 years property value history in addition to the 2016 Assessed Value.
Please review your information carefully and should you have any questions/concerns you can contact the BC Assessment Authority via their website or from the telephone numbers provided on the Assessment Notice.
